A great pantry staple to have for your 'meaty' dishes. Throw into a stew, over your soya mince for spagbowl, in soups. Really is tasty!
One thing I missed going plant based, was the versatility of mince. Since trying the Soya mince from Atlas Trading Company, my heart is full. Curry mince, lasagna, spagbowls: and you wouldn't know the difference!!
My 5 year old recently proclaimed she no longer eats animals. No problem: These nuggets taste amazing and paired with some mash and peas... Winner dinner!
