Today I made a reinterpretation of my mother's tuna salad which consists on tuna, mayo,
tomato, red onion, sweet corn, pepper and salt.
For my version I swapped the tuna 🐟for chickpeas, used Hellmann's Vegan mayonnaise and served it as tostadas.
