Today I made a reinterpretation of my mother's tuna salad which consists on tuna, mayo, tomato, red onion, sweet corn, pepper and salt.
For my version I swapped the tuna 🐟for chickpeas, used Hellmann's Vegan mayonnaise and served it as tostadas.

Really tastes like the original Hellman's Mayo. The only problem is the price, almost double the cost of the egg based one and has half the amount.
