The dish above is a tomato and soya mince spaghetti meal that is created using whole-wheat pasta which is filling and goes a long way, soya mince that is a really great texture and easy to prepare, which can be found at Atlas Trading Company, which stocks affordable dry goods from legumes, pulses, grains, nuts, spices and seeds. She also made use of fresh produce such as carrots and celery which are accessible and inexpensive, it can even be bought at your local vendor along the side of the road. And lastly, tinned tomatoes that are fairly inexpensive. It excludes spices, that you would have already stocked in your pantry 🙂

Vegan meals don’t all have to fancy. Keep things simple and easy. Simple, nutritious ingredients, put it altogether with a little bit of love, and you’ve got a good, budget-friendly meal 🍝
