French beans sautéed in a homemade spicy paste. This is really a side dish & is a nice accompaniment, the beans are fresh and still have some crunch and the sauce isn’t overly spicy

One friend ordered this with additional homemade tom yam paste (pictured) and one had it without. I think it needed the extra oomph from the spice to make it a bit more interesting. The friend who didn’t add the tom yam more

The fresh garlic in this dish really packs some flavour alongside oregano, parsley & 2-3 different types of mushrooms. You can request no garlic/onion but I’m not sure where the flavour would come from then. Not really oily more

When you want dumplings but they‘re not going to be enough on their own... get them with noodles! Comes with some green leafy vegetables & a halved cherry tomato (for garnish?) - and a really delicious chilli sauce which more

When it’s raining buckets & the aircon is blowing a gale, there’s nothing better than a good soup and some crusty bread! As I make a pretty good one myself, I rarely enjoy store-bought so this is high praise indeed from more
