A good lok lak! After having a tempeh lok lak, I can’t help but prefer tempeh over tofu in this dish - but still really good!
This mayo deserves its own review because it was SO good! They make it in-house at Epic Arts and it’s so perfectly creamy and garlicky. Maybe the best mayo I’ve ever had!
Neorm masour with tofu! Another traditional Cambodian dish (kind of like a slaw with lots of vegetables)! Not my favourite dish as I though it lacked a bit in flavour, but very nutritious!
Sunday’s is one of @tiascaz’s favourite restaurants in Phnom Penh and it didn’t disappoint! This palm fruit and pomelo salad was unlike anything I’ve had before! So fresh and the perfect combo of sweet and tart!

A really great rendition of the average hot dog! I liked that these were a little bigger than other plant-based hot dogs that I’ve had. These have that classic ‘don’t know what’s in it, but love every bite’ quality of other hot dogs 🤩
