Un dolce veramente veramente buono, gustoso e molto ricco. La crema era molto simile al mascarpone e il gusto generale veramente vicino a quello di un tradizionale tiramisù, a cui non ha nulla da invidiare.

Ho apprezzato molto il piatto e la crosticina croccante ma allo stesso tempo anche scioglievole. Forse il formaggio sovrastava troppo il gusto del seitan, che si perdeva un po’.

Uno dei miei dolci preferiti quando sono a fare colazione in centro a Firenze. Perfetto per gli amanti del cioccolato e consigliato anche a chi non apprezza particolarmente la banana, ha un gusto davvero indescrivibile.

Tra le carbonare veg migliori che io abbia mai provato. Le note migliori sono sicuramente il sapore di uovo, riprodotto perfettamente, e il guanciale veg che ricordava molto il sapore di carne. In generale consigliatissima.

Il migliore panino che ho provato da Flower Burger!! Ho apprezzato moltissimo le zucchine grigliate all’interno e anche in gusto del cheddar. La parte migliore però è quella delle salse che donano note di barbecue/affumicato more

I really appreciated finding a vegan gelato that wasn’t fruit based but with a more complex flavor.
The peanut one was really good (the little peanut pieces were magic), probably a little too sweet.
The chocolate one was more

I would have never thought in all my life to find such an amazing vegan red velvet cupcake!! It was very creamy, well balanced and delicious.
I particularly appreciated the frosting on top that was really “cheesy”.

This sandwich was delicious!! The ingredients are simple but very well made; I particularly appreciated the hummus very smooth and well combined with the light vinegar taste of the purple cabbage.

I really appreciated this dish, a staple of Italian cuisine reinterpreted in an alternative way.
The sauce was amazing, it really tasted “like home”, the filling was ok but maybe less tasty than the ragout

I really loved this dish, it is a perfect hot plate for the winter.
The seitan was of high quality (probably hand made) and the sauce was mind blowing with its richness, creaminess and mushrooms taste.
Really recommended.
