soooo good!! comforting bowl of noodles for a rainy day. comes with shrooms, beansprouts and seitan "chicken" 🌱 wish the mock meat slices were bigger - they were too thin to chew or taste haha

this was sadly not as flavourful as I remembered it to be... it was all 麻 ("ma", or numb). but I love the variety of ingredients GoE offers including tofu, tempeh, vegan fish, and more!
