Scoop of vegan coconut ice-cream served on a bed of shaved salted coconut ice - think coconut water in the form of frozen chips! 🌴🥥🍨❄️ Interesting to try this cold version, since bubur Char-Char usually consists of sweet warm coconut milk. Topped with a drizzle of pulut hitam black glutinous rice, yam balls, mango cubes, banana slices, and pomegranate seeds. 🍠🥭🍌 My partner enjoyed this very much.
