🏝️🇪🇸 #fuerteventura is setting the bar high here. The piece de resistance of our 5 course meal are these two stunning desserts. I love that you don’t get to choose and you get one of each to share between you. (No convincing your partner to share and get one each!) The strawberry 🍓tart was made from 🫛edamame! It looked and felt a little like a cheesecake but wasn’t. I’m giving 5 stars⭐️ for nutrition for this then if it’s soy! The pineapple 🍍flan was lovely made with coconut 🥥milk and agar agar. The beautiful flowers🌸🌺 on top are so pretty. The 5 course menu changes weekly and costs €29 including a drink. They have beautiful gardens 🪴⛲️👩‍🌾here where they grow a lot of the food they use in their menus. It’s a family business with chef 👨‍🍳and his two daughters that’s only open Wed-Friday.
