Review of Morcela Vegetal - Fumeiro Vegano by colphax

When @malcolmcg and I were in #portugal, we bought this #vegan #bloodsausage. I’ve never tried non-vegan blood sausage, so I’m not sure how this vegan version compares, but it was #delicious in its own right! The #sausage was #smokey and #savory with a soft texture. For #breakfast this morning we cooked it up in a pan with a side of #tofuscramble and #sourdoughbread. Overall would recommend to any vegan tourists visiting #lisbon as it is #shelfstable, making it easy to travel with.
