I have a massive backlog of reviews but when I recently heard that Hvala Craig is no longer fully vegan I had to post this. It was such a delightful blend of light sponge and bittersweet houjicha-infused cream in this generous slice of cake - so sad to hear this isn't available at what used to be the only all-vegan Hvala branch any more.

Always took it for granted that I'd be able to try more of their vegan desserts (was planning my birthday treat next year) but now I don't have a chance 😔 a reminder to me to support vegan options while they're around, otherwise f&bs might not see the demand for it...
