Review of Onion Bhaji at Podi & Poriyal by vikas
OMG this was so delicious! I feel like this past weekend was defined by fried food 😅 but of all the things I had these were hands down the best. Nothing beats delectable slivers and morsels of onions battered in chickpea batter and fried golden. Soft in some parts, crunchy in others, chewy and crispy all at the same time. And served with a coconut 🥥 chutney that will blow your mind!
Podi & Poriyal is hands down my favorite South Indian restaurant in #singapore and they’ve expanded the dinner menu to include so many options and many that can be veganized. Check it out!
