Not the greatest tasting noodles but a refreshingly readable ingredients list! The rice noodles don’t soften enough during the time stated, so I recommend waiting longer before taking the lid back off! Marked vegan.

This was really nice. It wasn’t too spicy, chilli-wise. I blended mine smooth as I had it after a wisdom tooth extraction, so I can’t comment on the texture but I actually recommend doing this as the blended quinoa gave more
This is spray on oil. I use these on the waffle iron to stop them from sticking. It works okay. It’s quite low calorie for an oil, so I’m a little dubious about the ingredients. Vegan Society certified.
