Review of ‘Steak’ Bomb Sandwich at Green Owl Cafe by iszy
This is a really meaty sandwich. I think it does taste really steak-y. I think the seitan is marinated perfectly to get that flavor. The mushrooms really add to the rich umami flavor as well. The cashew cheese sauce is really delicious too.
