I finally found my answer to missing bagels in Singapore!!!! My mom @manjugarg brought this here from NYC a couple of months ago and I recently tried it on my homemade sourdough. It made the whole house smell like a bagel shop from back home and if I cut the bread thick enough and put some Tofutti cream cheese on it I’ve got a bagel 🥯 ❤️❤️❤️
