I finally found my answer to missing bagels in Singapore!!!! My mom @manjugarg brought this

here from NYC a couple of months ago and I recently tried it on my homemade sourdough. It made the whole house smell like a bagel shop from back home and if I cut the bread thick enough and put some Tofutti cream cheese on it I’ve got a bagel 🥯 ❤️❤️❤️

If you're a fan of Trader Joe's, I'm sure you are familiar with Everything But

the Bagel Seasoning Blend.
And if you love everything bagels, (which are my personal favorite), this is a perfect blend of sesame seeds, sea salt, poppy seeds, and garlic & onion flakes.
When I was making bagels🥯🥯 for the bakery, I would buy each one of these seasonings in bulk and mix them all together in a vat😂. But at home we don't make that many bagels so having this bagel seasoning mix all ready to go is super convenient!

This is a absolute great seasoning! I love to put this on crackers, sandwiches, basically

on everything, I love the flavor of Sea Salt, Garlic and Onion, it comes in very strongly. I highly, highly recommend!
