Can’t say I’m a fan of this which is sad because it was really expensive. It tastes super vinegary to me! It also just burned to a crispy mess when melting. Wouldn’t buy again

That's a shame, I haven't had this one in a while but I remember liking it when I tried it although I didn't melt it.
Hello, Sorry for your bad experience. We don't actually recommend trying to melt the Aged Dulse, which is of course covered in a wax. Hope this hasn't put you off trying our other cheeses. Many thanks, Peter
