A Christmas treat. A very nice cheese to have with crackers. I can't compare it to a particular dairy cheese it's just nice in its own right. Tasted similar to Kinda Co Farmhouse. It is expensive, but it is a small independent business.

Can’t say I’m a fan of this which is sad because it was really expensive. It tastes super vinegary to me! It also just burned to a crispy mess when melting. Wouldn’t buy again
