Found this upstairs in the food court in Venice airport. Pleasantly surprised to find so many vegan protein sources in a salad. This was lovely with some balsamic drizzle, olive oil, salt and pepper.
The flavours on this were inventive (aubergine cream, summer chicory and sun dried tomato) but they really should call it a focaccia instead of a pizza!
A moutherwatering light fluffy bite of vegan cheesecake with a touch of berry, compliments to the chef indeed!

Really interesting combination of flavours. Melon is never something Iâd think to put in pasta but it really worked well and freshened and sweetened this herby pasta dish nicely.
A mild tasting creamy zucchini soup topped with caramelised onions. A lovely light starter! This place has a few vegan options and the waiter will be happy to point them out
Got these as a little snack with a drink because they sounded tantalising but they disappointed because they actually lacked a lot of flavour despite their marinated appearance! Big portion though
The presentation on this is beautiful but underneath that creamy sauce and lovely courgette ribbons was just a whole big roll of plant-based meat that I found overwhelming and flavourless. So unfortunately I didnât actually love this âčïž
