Really have to give it up to Warung Ijo for their deep-frying prowess - their deep-fried dishes always arrive at the table perfectly done. Crispy and beautifully fried, somehow don't feel too oily. Bit of a miracle! Love the taste and texture of these tempeh nuggets too - they actually feel almost like chicken nuggets. Yum. #abillionlove #vegancny
