Oh my this was tasty, so tasty. Love how this was seasoned and cooked, crispy and flavourful. A nice dish to have on its own or with a side of rice and with other dishes. I could almost just snack on this. #tempe #tempeh #tempekalasan A family favourite, vego restaurant with a mostly-vegan menu. With the exception of one dish, every other item at Warung ijo can be made vegan, but you do have to specify. Orders are made online (WiFi available) but if you don’t have access to a smartphone or computer they will be able to help, they’re really lovely. Groundfloor of the grantrall mall in Tai Seng. Apparently OnlyEg stopped producing the allium-free version of their omelette for F&Bs, so Warung Ijo started making their in-house vegan egg mix, subject to availability for the day. 🧑‍🍳🍳 Could definitely taste that it was a turmeric tofu base, alongside straw mushrooms in lieu of 'oysters' and optional cilantro. 🍄‍🟫🌿 Super duper crispy, not just on the edges but throughout, without the usual gooey chewy starchy bits I would expect from orhluak.
