The variety of sides that comes with the dish is a good plus. The beancurd is relatively thick with several layers which makes it nice to bite through.

It was a bit sad that I could change the rice to another rice...

The slice of tomato (hidden by the cucumber) looked some what sad and pale. Maybe Greendot could consider just switching it for cucumber or achar. #veganin2020
