BYO Utensils again! They switched to one time disposables due to the COVID-19 period... apparently it is more hygienic... putting that aside...

I love the dish. Noodles is super springy (like how?!), great amounts of veg and lotus root. Give the mala paste a good mix, and every strain of noodle fills your mouth with a good balance of savoury, spicy and slightly numbing effect.
