Kati Thai is entirely vegetarian (I believe some of their dishes have the option for egg). Most of their entrees come with the choice of either soft tofu, fried tofu, or tempeh! Their Drunken Noodles are proper wide rice noodles with yellow onions, green onions, Thai basil 🌿, red & green bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and, my favorite, baby corns!
