This dish reminded me of how much I used to loveee pesto pasta! The pesto flavor was prominent and delicious as expected, but the creaminess and cheesiness of it was something I didn’t expect— and loved! The pasta is cooked absolutely perfect. The sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts add some tartness and texture. This is my new favorite vegan burger I’ve ever had I think 🤩 This burger has smoked Gouda, house bacon, grilled onion, tomato, avocado, and o’cado aioli. The vegan meat patty was cooked really well and had a lot of flavor on its own! The component that really stood out to me was the house bacon… it was soooo delicious. Tasted so much like bacon and even the texture really reminded me of the real stuff! It wasn’t crispy it was more like the type of bacon that’s cooked less so it’s softer which is how I used to enjoy my bacon. As for the fries on the side, extremely delicious! SO crispy and seasoned well. Pairing them with the sauce which has a bit of a horse radishy flavor is chefs kiss !! 😍😍 yum yum yum definitely would get this again #vegan #abillionlove #burger #veganburger

These vegan crab cakes were a really pleasant starter! They don’t have any crab flavor but I didn’t expect it anyways since its made with jackfruit, artichoke, and farro. As a dish on its own they were crisp on the outside and full of flavor. The onion poppy slaw on top really made the dish for me— saucey, tart, and refreshing. The tartar sauces that came on the side was amazing as well!
