Hi Stephanie! I’m new to this and had a question… I have seen posts of bread like your bruschetta for example. Is bread ok for a plant based diet?

Hi!! Usually bread is vegan yes. Non vegan bread are Naan, brioche and some bagels. 
Vegan breads usually are sourdough, Ezekiel bread, ciabatta, focaccia and baguettes. Just make sure they don’t have milk or eggs in the ingredients.
