Artichoke Basil Pesto at O’cado Restaurant — meryl's Review (May 28, 2023)

This dish reminded me of how much I used to loveee pesto pasta! The pesto flavor was prominent and delicious as expected, but the creaminess and cheesiness of it was something I didn’t expect— and loved! The pasta is cooked absolutely perfect. The sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts add some tartness and texture. Definitely could see myself craving this dish and wanting to get it again ! ❤️
