Unpleasant taste and texture; didn't improve with heating. The heat kick comes at the end of the mouthful but doesn't salvage the overall experience.

Great texture and a pleasant neutral taste that goes equally well with sweet or savoury toppings. Unfortunately it contains palm fruit oil.

I use Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream exclusively for making cream cheese-type icing for cakes. Add some vanilla and a bit of organic sugar, and you have a tasty instant frosting. Yum!
