Vegan 'oyster omelette made with beancurd, straw mushrooms, and seaweed for that slight 'seafood' aroma. 🍳🍄🟫 Non-veg companion tried both the one here and the one at Flavours By Sauté just days apart - the OG was a clear winner that left him impressed and questioning whether it was really eggless, whereas this one was comparatively a bit lacklustre. 🙈 Personally felt the version here lacked the sulfuric 'eggy' aroma and would have benefited from a dash of kala namak black salt; it tasted decent when paired with chilli sauce but was otherwise kinda plain on its own. 🌶️ Great presentation though!
