Takoyaki balls drizzled with vegan mayonnaise and shredded seaweed, filled with some kind of chewy seafood tofu sticks (in lieu of squid). 🍢 Fun and savoury bites that my non-veg companion enjoyed! Personally though, just like the previous time, I felt the texture could be improved - the batter was too firm and dense; the takoyaki I remember eating before going vegan had a thinner and more crispy exterior, with a soft gooey interior. Nonetheless, I believe this remains the first and only vegan takoyaki in Singapore, so I would still recommend trying it!
