Savoury olive dry noodles~ 🫒🍜 The 'minced meat' was not made using mock meat, but was instead a creative mix of crumbled tempeh and tofu as well as diced mushrooms! 🫘🍄‍🟫 Also served with 'seafood tofu' pieces, and a side salad drizzled in vegan mayonnaise. 🍢🥗 Overall tasty but the starch to ingredients ratio was too high for my liking; personally would have preferred greater quantity and variety of toppings - I recall being served monkeyhead mushrooms and battered abalone mushrooms instead of processed 'seafood tofu' at the Bedok outlet in the past.
