So apparently @dafnesmum is just as addicted to #quinoa — not whatever autocorrect thinks she is 🤣 as I am! Their options seem to rotate all the time because I don’t remember seeing this on the menu the last few times I was here! It’s just #tofu coated with #quinoa and topped with #guacamole and a cashew lime #crema 🍋‍🟩 Super simple #tacos but so delicious 🤤

I love everything about these amazing quinoa crusted fried tofu tacos except the price! At $9 a taco they’re definitely a treat but kudos to Super Loco for taking feedback from the abillion community and adding tons of vegan options in the last year. Super tasty - tofu seems to be marinated in a bbq/paprika sauce/rub before being crusted w quinoa. Textures are excellent. If sharing, they would divide your taco into 2 for you!
