This was interesting cause I wasn’t expecting quinoa in fried tofu. (I am well aware that it’s in the name of the dish but I didn’t quite catch that). This was also a delish combo that you can’t really go wrong with. Although the cactus taco is better. #veganisnotscary #1reviewaday
