Very loose/watery, flavor wasn't good. Hard to repurpose, so I threw it away. Wouldn't buy again

Su sabor y textura son muy similar al queso crema de la misma marca, por lo que puede usarse como sustituto. Le ayudaría muchísimo cambiar el sabor por uno más ácido y la consistencia de su fórmula por una menos espesa; así ya se notaría el cambio.
This may be my favorite sour cream! I haven't seen it in any stores I shop at, but my dad picked it up from a Hy-Vee. This sour cream has been really perfect for chili and baked potatoes. It's nice and smooth and has that good sour taste. It definitely isn't great on its own, but when it's mixed with chili or potato, it's really great. Somehow, I've never made chili before! So for my first attempt I wanted to try to make a sweet potato black bean chili. It came out pretty good for a first try! I'm looking forward to fine tuning my own chili recipe.
