Best eggs replacement so far! Great price and portion. Already perfect balance in spices so it really needs some water
I really enjoyed this #eggsubstitute, even if it smelled more like eggs when it was in powder form than when it was cooked. But you just need to add water and it makes a very credible egg, at least texture-wise. I also added onion and sundried tomatoes and it was egg-cellent 🐣 Made with green bean protein! Might be a first actually for me. #veganegg #plantbased
It pleases me immensely that there are more and more egg replacement products on the market and this one is no exception! One sachet is enough for 2 portions and you can do scrambled egg as well as omelets with it. It needs some black salt at the end for the egg finish, but it's otherwise very good.
I really loved this. It was the first egg substitute I’ve tried and having not eaten scrambled eggs in over 7 years - this is how I remembered them texture wise. Just mixed some black salt and a sprinkle of pepper and it was amazing. Also added to my full breakfast plate - it was a perfect combo!
