I really loved this. It was the first egg substitute I’ve tried and having not eaten scrambled eggs in over 7 years - this is how I remembered them texture wise. Just mixed some black salt and a sprinkle of pepper and it was amazing. Also added to my full breakfast plate - it was a perfect combo!
