I really enjoyed this #eggsubstitute, even if it smelled more like eggs when it was in powder form than when it was cooked. But you just need to add water and it makes a very credible egg, at least texture-wise. I also added onion and sundried tomatoes and it was egg-cellent 🐣
Made with green bean protein! Might be a first actually for me.
