In truth, this is the only polenta I have ever tasted. I do like it

This is so easy to cook and make a nice meal out of. I slice
it into rounds and pan fry it on both sides. I really like the corn flavor, similar to a savory corn bread. I've been told it has a similar texture to grits. Today I topped it with soyrizo, sauteed pepper and onion, and cashew queso.

I got two packages from a friend and I couldn’t eat it. Tastes very bland,
the consistency is weird. My friend loves is though. If you are used to eating fresh homemade polenta, don’t waste your time and money.
