Organic Polenta by Trader Joe'sIszy's Review (Dec 8, 2021)

This is so easy to cook and make a nice meal out of. I slice it into rounds and pan fry it on both sides. I really like the corn flavor, similar to a savory corn bread. I've been told it has a similar texture to grits. Today I topped it with soyrizo, sauteed pepper and onion, and cashew queso.
