I love mushrooms and when I saw these was so excited . I sautéed them with Trader Joe’s vegan Italian bolognese ravioli. Came out so good they definitely keep a great texture and have a bit of nutty flavor .I will definitely more

These are delicious mini potatoes I got at Trader Joe’s . There is red, purple and white mini potatoes . I put these in with my ratatouille I made . They are perfect for roasting also . Love Trader Joe’s
