Ho provato da mia figlia questo tofu affumicato, che ho trovato buono e saporito. . Mi è piaciuta la consistenza e il gusto che mi ha ricordato il sapore della provola o della scamorza affumicata. Ho usato il tofu tagliato a dadini per preparare una deliziosa insalata mista, ma credo si possa usare in mille altri modi. I like this tofu. I usually dice it together with veggies and freeze them in portions for later use. In the pic I used it to add some texture and smoky flavour to my veggie lescó. It’s also good to air fry it and add to ramen, or just slice it straight out of the box and put on sandwiches. Works great when making veggie skewers too.
Most fav food again! #tofu! It def has this smoked taste n smell, true to description. But I d address once again that compared to what you can get from the Chinese supermarket, this is too expensive with so little product… I cooked it with one of my fav sauce, “hongshao”, but it’s not that friendly to pantry, you can’t have that lovely contrast between a hard fried shell n tender inside.
