Plant-Based Crab Cakes New England Style

These crab cakes are truly excellent!! Crispy outside, moist, and seasoned perfectly inside. Each bite was perfection! It had a crabmeat-like texture and it was seasoned with sweet peppers, green onions, parsley and a little bit of spice. This product really lived up to expectation, even my dad liked it! The packaging doesn’t lie, very similar to a crab cake. Very nice combination of veggies.

I can't imagine a more realistic faux crab cake. These tasty little nuggets are made of pea protein, chickpea flour, aquafaba, lentil flour, and other magical vegan ingredients. They were on BOGO so I snapped up two boxes at Sprouts. TIP: Wednesday nights are a great time to look for deals on frozen foods because the new grocery ad week starts on Thursday. The grocers need to make space on the shelves for new promotions.

these Good Catch Plant-Based New England Style ones were my first vegan Crab Cakes and i’m actually pleasantly surprised… they manage to give a nice crab / seafood-esque flavor without being too fishy and i appreciate that the texture isn’t entirely spot-on to a regular kind (less bread-y and a tad more dense - but stays together nicely). def recommend with some sorta remoulade sauce though.. 🦀🏝
