I can't imagine a more realistic faux crab cake. These tasty little nuggets are made of pea protein, chickpea flour, aquafaba, lentil flour, and other magical vegan ingredients. They were on BOGO so I snapped up two boxes at Sprouts.
TIP: Wednesday nights are a great time to look for deals on frozen foods because the new grocery ad week starts on Thursday. The grocers need to make space on the shelves for new promotions.
