these Good Catch Plant-Based New England Style ones were my first vegan Crab Cakes and i’m actually pleasantly surprised… they manage to give a nice crab / seafood-esque flavor without being too fishy and i appreciate that the texture isn’t entirely spot-on to a regular kind (less bread-y and a tad more dense - but stays together nicely). def recommend with some sorta remoulade sauce though.. 🦀🏝
