i threw some chia seeds in my oatmeal this morning because it seems i saw a review of that. they are a little thickness plus keep your busy picking them out of your teeth. i think this is the last ingredient that is not already reviewed. oatmeal also included vegan marshmallows, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, and raisans. oops! have to review the raisins. #chia
