Nashua just introduced this new heat-and-eat line, and this one is delicious! Great for quick

meal when time is tight. #uplandspeak

What a delicious treat! This tofu-based faux chorizo scramble was ready to eat in under

4 minutes with very little cleanup to deal with! I always have a ton of issues scrambling JustEgg since it gets fused to the pan no matter what I do, but I didn’t have any of these issues here! The taste is very good, I did have to add a bit of salt but I always salted my eggs in the past. Definitely recommended, especially for those looking for quick meals.

i love the idea of prepared tofu scramble! it can definitely make breakfast a lot

easier but personally wouldn’t buy this again unless i really needed to.

beware that the “hearty potatoes” are not the ones on the picture. it does have tons of flavor but every tofu scramble i’ve had tasted different from one another. it has a minimal spicy kick to the chorizo. i couldn’t eat the scramble on its own because of the texture. i wish there were more veggies as promised. i suggest to add some greens in.

again, it’s nice to have ready in 3 mins but i would rather meal prep my own tofu scramble. i like the scrambled chunks to be a bit bigger and not as crumbled :-)

Scrambles aren’t my typical fare, but I thought it might be interesting to try this

protein-rich, convenient, and microwave-ready option. It was also on deep discount because its best-by date is today. It’s quite crumbly, so rather than eating the scramble by itself, I wrapped about half the serving (plus rice) into a breakfast burrito. It was surprisingly not bad; however, I also added a generous helping of hot sauce, because despite being flavored with three different types of chili (ancho, chipotle, and cayenne,) the scramble is barely spicy. If anything, there’s too much salt — 30% DV! — which sort of flattens the flavor. I can see this being handy in a rush, but ultimately, it’s not really for me.
