What a delicious treat! This tofu-based faux chorizo scramble was ready to eat in under 4 minutes with very little cleanup to deal with! I always have a ton of issues scrambling JustEgg since it gets fused to the pan no matter what I do, but I didn’t have any of these issues here! The taste is very good, I did have to add a bit of salt but I always salted my eggs in the past. Definitely recommended, especially for those looking for quick meals.

This looks so good! For Just Egg - just in case - make sure to grease your pan even if it is nonstick and cook low and slow! I’m it sure I’d that will help but my mistake was trying to cook on too high of a temperature. Once I lowered it and cooked for longer I didn’t have any problems with sticking.
