Like Meat is the closest thing I’ve had to chicken in nine years.  Maybe I don’t remember exactly what chicken tasted like? …either way, this was delicious. Tonight I just threw them over a salad, but I see fajitas in my future.

Got this from Sprouts, they are on sale due to being discontinued. The price is awesome $2.99 The taste is great but I thought it was very close to the daring brand. I will stack up anyway since I love it with sandwich and on my salad.
This was yet another plant-based BOGO from Sprouts. The faux chick'n is made from soy protein and had a very firm texture that was off-putting at first, but once I started chewing I got into it and actually ate the second portion cold, straight from the fridge after a late night out. But I made a BBQ baked potato with ranch dressing for the first portion. It was pretty tasty. And it was so easy to cook.
they get points for texture. It did taste better when I added my own barbecue sauce but it took a bit of sauce to cover the aftertaste. they could fit twice as much meat in that big plastic container. I got it on an introductory buy one get one free special, which makes it less disappointing. With so many other options available, I doubt I would buy this again. #veganchicken #bbq
Great taste and very versatile! I opted for pan frying instead of microwaving and It gave the pieces a little something extra. They browned nicely. The texture is a little bit chewy but not in a bad way-reminds me of soft jerky. Nice bbq flavor that paired well with Mexican slaw. I enjoyed the product but may only purchase this when it’s on sale. There just isn’t a whole lot in the package for the price. Was glad to see that they use recycled plastic in their packaging-not perfect but a step in the right direction.
