This was yet another plant-based BOGO from Sprouts. The faux chick'n is made from soy protein and had a very firm texture that was off-putting at first, but once I started chewing I got into it and actually ate the second portion cold, straight from the fridge after a late night out. But I made a BBQ baked potato with ranch dressing for the first portion. It was pretty tasty. And it was so easy to cook.
