I prefer soft cookies, but I decided to give these a try when it went on sale. I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I opened the bag, there was a fresh aroma of lemon scent, and it was nice to know that it was coming from real lemons because there is no artificial flavoring. The size of these cookies is actually the exact same size that’s on the package. There’s a generous number of cookies in this bag too. One serving is 4 cookies, but I have to admit, it takes me some discipline to stop at 4. Not a great source of nutrients, but there is a little bit of iron and vitamin B1. definitely a snappy cookie! i prefer to dunk these in another sort of liquid just to soften them up a little bit (i know they are “snaps” but i prefer a softened cookie!), but they are pretty tasty! they remind me of girl scout savannah smiles without the powdered sugar. that being said, i could use a little more lemon flavor in these cookies, or perhaps a hint of zest. the flavor is nice, but it could definitely be stronger. #cookies #vegancookies
Oh How I enjoy these lemon 🍋 cookies I love desserts with lemon flavor . These are so good dunked in warm tea they are a crunchy delicious cookie classic . I love lemon desserts. I think this could use a little bit lemon flavor but other than that these are a pretty good product. They are a hard cookie (which is what a snap is) but not too bad.
